My own healing began in an eating disorder inpatient clinic at age 18. Like many of those I now work with, I feared becoming my full self. I stayed small and compliant, convinced that expressing myself — or taking up space — would be dangerous for me and for others.
What changed? I got tired of living a restricted story.
But, recovery didn’t arrive as a single breakthrough. It came in mosaic pieces: through years of practice, the discomfort of growth, being witnessed in my vulnerability, time in nature, dancing through the sticky layers, and the insights of sacred plant medicine. I came to see that healing stalls when it stays focused on symptom management.
Healing and growth, as I now understand it, is a process of unlearning inherited patterns, remembering the language of the body, grieving what was unmet, and gradually, gently inhabiting the fullness of who we are.
Psychedelics have played a meaningful role in my recovery, helping me cultivate self-trust, emotional resilience, and a felt sense of worthiness beyond performance or appearance. They offered a glimpse of who I was beneath the eating disorder and gave me the tools to begin building a new relationship with my body — one rooted in reverence, curiosity, and compassion.
This lived experience now shapes how I support others: gently, at their pace, with attention to safety, nervous system capacity, and the body's innate intelligence.
Today, I work with individuals and groups navigating body mistrust, emotional disconnection, and the fog of confusion that often accompanies both. My work is somatically integrative, attachment-based, and nature-informed — drawing on embodiment practices, sacred plant medicine, and nervous system restoration to support the cyclical, courageous return to oneself.
Whether we’re preparing for a psychedelic journey, remeeting the body through somatic practice, or disentangling from the grip of diet culture, the intention is the same: to support your return to clarity, agency, and embodied wholeness.
Experienced an eating disorder and navigated many forms of recovery tools, resources, and models in my personal capacity for over 16 years

Welcome all of yourself through embodied body-mind-heart alignment.
Bring positive change to the world as you transform and heal.
Stand and act from a place of authenticity, worth and dignity.
Express yourself freely, creatively and spontaneously.
Remember that who you are is enough.
Trust your intuition and body’s impulses.
Do what is courageously yours to do.
Allow yourself to be seen as you are.
Embody the medicine within you.
Let yourself rest on the Earth.
Befriend yourself.
When you fill up and nourish your own cup, you become the medicine you have been seeking, and this is the medicine that the world has been waiting for you to share.
Is this the path of love?
What are your deepest longings?
What does “being embodied” mean to you?
What nourishment does your soul need to thrive?
What will it take for “your” eating disorder to let go of you?
What did you learn about your body from the bodies around you growing up?
In what ways does diet culture separate, and how do psychedelics connect?
What is the body communicating through the eating disorder about how safe or unsafe it feels and what it needs to safely connect?
