For heart-centered souls who are curious about embodying a trusting relationship with their bodies and eating through somatic practices and community support.

Groups are anti-diet, HAES-affirming, trauma-informed, and is a confidential container in rooted acceptance, gentleness and care.
You are actively working on your eating disorder recovery.
You are desiring to be free in your body and with food.
You are looking for an embodied and compassionate approach to reconnect with your body.
You are yearning to connect with others from around the world who understand what it means to be walking the recovery road.
You are searching for soul nourishment in the form of inner balance, meaning and purpose.
We are here to learn from each other and encourage one another to expand into our fullness of being.
WISDOM aims to serve as a reminder that we are not meant to heal alone. As much as an eating disorder separates us from ourselves, the homecoming process happens when there is support from kindred spirits.
When we unite together with the intention to anchor into our unique embodiment and celebrate one another through that process, we have the opportunity to shift the dominant collective diet culture narratives.
We return to our embodied wisdom when we remember that we inherently belong - and community reinforces this essential need and inherent state.

A kind reminder: It is normal to feel apprehensive, intimidated or nervous when joining a support group. These feelings are the doorways to your healing and point you to your potential. This is an opportunity to feel these feels and to say yes anyway, knowing that this space is specifically designed to hold the vulnerability we inevitably encounter when we step from the known to the unknown and say yes to transformation.
In 2009 I attended my first eating disorder recovery support group. It was a life-changing experience for my own journey, and I continued to attend the weekly group for months thereafter. Connecting with familiar faces each week built trust and safety to share vulnerably and listen compassionately.
It was a relief to be with people who understood the complexities and nuances of navigating disordered eating. Each person was at different stages of their healing, making it a rich environment to gain clarity, perspective, direction for my own growth.
I remembered I was not alone and found refuge in other people's shares. I could relate and resonate. There were many gifts that I could take away from every session; each person had raw and real wisdom that helped me see myself in a new light.
Through the group’s reflections, compassionate witnessing, empathetic understanding, I felt seen, that I belonged, and that at my core I was ok - and in that, I felt connected, whole and embodied. I could reside at home in my own skin.
